Maple Village

Exterior Doors:  When residents wish to touch up or paint their exterior doors, Maple Village will provide the paint. Please issue a request via the maintenance procedure described below.[posted 5/26/10]

Ground Spots:  Pet owners are to repair any brown spots in the grass that their pets are responsible for.[posted 5/26/10]

Smoke Alarms:  Remember to check your smoke alarm batteries!

Recycling:  You no longer need to separate your recycling. Paper, plastics, etc. can go in the same bins.

Large Items:  Items too large to fit in the trash dumpsters must have a pickup arrangement. Please contact Waste Management directly. Co-owner is responsible for charges.

Pets:  It's the pet owner's responsibility to pick up after their dog!! Let's keep our grounds clean!!
